Dr. Charles
Cape, vice president of support & services, has worked
with global leaders in logistics, manufacturing, software and banking
industries for more than 30 years. His supply chain and logistics
successes helped elevate him to the position of chief information
officer of the GMFT division of Exel, an international logistics
leader with facilities in 135 countries. Exel merged with DHL in

ocean freight and contract logistics. Charlie and his group designed

logistics and transportation technology improvements. Prior to Electrolux,
Charlie managed ERP software development at JD Edwards, including
needs assessment and strategies. His IT organization developed and
supported numerous product offerings. Mr. Cape began his career
with Huntington Banks in computer operations and rose to vice president
of operations support. He then moved to CoBank as manager of applications
support.
