For Jennifer Brunke, vice president of customer support, top-notch customer support is priority one. Nothing can be as frustrating as calling someone for assistance, only to discover that you know more than they do! Prior to joining Cadre Technologies, Jennifer served as VP of Customer Services for Distribution Resources, where she was responsible for the support and development of their legacy software application. During her tenure, new and improved call management practices and measurements were put into place, which allowed the company to better track and assist its customer base. More proficiently trained staffed resulted in quicker turn-around times and greater customer satisfaction.
While her 19+ years in the software industry have been mostly involved in the development area, Jennifer has spent a great deal of that time not merely sitting at a desk coding, but interacting with the customer base. Over the course of her career, she has been involved in nearly every aspect of software development from documentation to development, implementation to training, business consulting to customer support. One of her greatest satisfactions is working with a customer to help them solve an issue, and making that solution a reality.
Aside from work, Jennifer enjoys many outdoor activities with her husband and two children: running, skiing and soccer are just some of the distractions from everyday life that keep them occupied.
