| John C. Frank, vice president of finance and CFO, joined Cadre with 19 years of experience in the distribution software business. John’s focus is keeping Cadre on the financial “straight and narrow” while providing ample opportunity for managing its growth. In previous positions, he accomplished this in a variety of ways. He and his team built integrated planning and reporting systems that gave executives and managers solid, timely, complete feedback on financial goals, and installed an ASP-based time system that was used for project tracking and software capitalization tracking. John’s prior experience is with Distribution Resources Company as controller and at three Hewlett-Packard facilities where he held a variety of cost and general accounting positions including cost accounting manager and general accounting manager. Before working at Hewlett-Packard, John was an auditor with one of the big 5 accounting firms. John is the President of the Colorado Chapter of Financial Executives International (FEI) and graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor of science degree in business administration.
