| Daryl
J. Grove, Vice President of Professional Services , has been
responsible for implementing application solutions for the distribution
industry since 1980. His experience includes time as a systems analyst
and consultant at Hewlett-Packard, installing and training customers
in the use of distribution, manufacturing and financial applications.
Before joining Cadre Technologies, he served in a variety of field
and senior management positions at Distribution Resources Company
(DRC) involving sales, development and project implementation services.
His roles included vice president of customer services, eastern division
vice president and senior vice president of field operations.
Daryl has extensive experience managing complex implementations of business software solutions for distributors. He specializes in the operations side, including order management and warehousing. Understanding multiple distribution verticals – including office products, medical, fulfillment, hardware and industrial – allows him to assist in adapting software solutions to best fit each customer’s requirements. He also has provided business analyst services in areas such as order management, returns processing, pricing, management reporting, warehousing and the integration of accounting solutions. At Cadre, Daryl has been instrumental in building
exceptional customer service teams through recruiting, employee
development, training and team management. He received a bachelor’s
degree in business administration from Shepherd College in West
Virginia. |
