| Dave Jesse, vice president of field services, has been in the distribution business for over 15 years. During his career, he has worked with a number of clients in the distribution and fulfillment industries, providing direction on business, operational, and technical issues. Consequently, it’s no surprise that Dave has a strong ability to build business strategies that improve the bottom line for clients in these industries. Prior to joining Cadre, Dave served as Chief Operating Officer for a large independent hardware distributor in the Middle Atlantic States. He has also held various leadership positions in Information Systems, warehouse operations and general company management. His roles have ranged from vice president of MIS and vice president of operations to executive vice president and COO. Before entering the distribution industry, Dave headed the information systems group for an electronics manufacturer. He has provided direction and leadership in the areas of information systems and warehouse operations to various industry boards, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary’s College.
