DENVER, Colo., October 15, 2008 – Cadre Technologies announced its partnership
with Bonded Logistics, a leading full-service provider of warehousing and distribution
services. Bonded Logistics will be implementing Cadre's Cadence® integrated
warehouse management software.

Bonded Logistics is a third-party logistics provider of warehousing, distribution,
transportation, contract packaging and freight brokerage services. Bonded Logistics
is implementing the Cadence warehouse management system (WMS) to increase its
warehouse efficiency and offer an advanced technology solution to its customers.

"Cadence WMS improves the voice and data collection process in our warehouse
locations. We will be able to increase the speed of information and eliminate errors
caused by manual entry," said Scott Carr, president of Bonded Logistics. "We wanted
inventory continuity between our eight locations and can now achieve it using the

management capabilities for third-party logistics, fulfillment and distribution
operations like Bonded Logistics. In particular, the radio frequency and voice
technology it offers will streamline warehouse operations for Bonded Logistics.
