| The Computer Group to Extend Game and Software Fulfillment Services With Cadre's Cadence Fulfillment System
DENVER, COLORADO – August 12, 2004 - Cadre Technologies, Inc. a leading innovator of unified logistics software announced today that The Computer Group, a game and software publisher and third party fulfillment company located in Hilliard, Ohio has selected Cadence Fulfillment System to optimize its customer service, logistics and shipping operations.
The company will implement Cadence Warehouse Management, Order Management, Web Order/Web Access, Transportation Management and Activity Billing systems.

The Cadence order management system, including call center and web order modules, organizes catalogs of available inventory from the warehouse database.
