| Cadre's Cadence Fulfillment System to Assist State of Virginia to Fulfill and Manage Distribution of Tax Forms, Instructions and Return Information
DENVER, COLORADO – November 24, 2004 – The Virginia Department of Taxation has selected the Cadence Fulfillment System to manage fulfillment of tax forms, bulletins and instructions, Cadre Technologies announced today. The tax department has selected the system as a replacement to a system operated by the Internal Revenue Service. The IRS system will no longer support distribution of state tax forms and information after 2004.
The fulfillment operation will implement Cadence Warehouse Management, Order Management, Web Order/Web Access, and Transportation Management systems. The system will manage orders, inventory and distribution of some 1600 forms SKUs and 46,000 shipments per year. The system will also manage the department supply processes.
