Cadence Web Orders/Web Access Software is an extension of Cadre's unique warehouse-centric Cadence Fulfillment system that operates multiple logistics operations, eliminating the need for expensive and cumbersome interfaces between different systems.
- A powerful web storefront that individually presents your clients’ products via customer specific electronic catalogs of inventory in your warehouse. Customers can search catalogs and build orders for your client’s inventory.
- Style Sheets organize detailed product information, including product images (photos, thumbnails, illustrations), descriptions, availability information, unit of measure, color and style.
- Different clients and customers can have individual themes and web design, based on secured log-in. This includes customer information (ship-to, bill-to, order rules, allocations, pricing and more).
- Clients have access to order status and inventory status including inventory reports.
- Client can manage customer distribution lists, kitting, product allotments, template orders, and customer session histories.
- Clients can attach product specifications (via MS Excel spreadsheets, MS Word files)

Inventory availability information can be viewed as actual quantity on-hand, yes/no confirmation, always available, or not displayed. All product, inventory, customer and order information is directly accessed from the Cadence Warehouse Management and Order Management Systems, which means that it’s always up-to-date and reliable.

The Cadence database maintains information about products, customers, orders, vendors, and shipments. Product information in the SKU database includes:
