Daryl Grove: President
Daryl has been responsible for implementing and selling application solutions for the supply chain industry since 1980. His experience includes time as a systems analyst and consultant at Hewlett-Packard, installing and training customers in the use of distribution, manufacturing and financial applications. Before joining Cadre Technologies, he served in a variety of field and senior management positions at Distribution Resources Company (DRC) involving sales, consulting, development and project implementations services. His roles included vice president of customer services, eastern division vice president and senior vice president of field operations. Daryl has extensive experience managing complex sales and implementations of supply chain software solutions for distributors and third party logistics companies. At Cadre, Daryl has been instrumental in building exceptional customer service teams through recruiting, employee development, training and team management. He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Shepherd University in West Virginia.
Bobby Kaemmer: Vice President of Sales & Supply Chain Solutions
Bobby has more than 22 years of experience delivering supply chain solutions and is responsible for guiding Cadre’s support and services strategy and execution. He oversees and manages customer support and the delivery of services for all Cadre offerings and has direct influence over marketing and solution development for Cadre’s Software as a Service model solution, LogiView.
As a part of the Cadre team since the acquisition of the LDS Corporation in 2006, his keen understanding of business, technology and logistics has played a key role in the evolution of Cadre. Prior to joining Cadre, Bobby was Vice President at the LDS Corporation where he oversaw customer support, services and development including the creation of LogiView, one of the earliest software as a service model solutions for the logistics industry. Bobby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Sciences from Kansas State University.
Henry Wille – Director of Support – Accuplus and LogiView
Henry has over 35 years of experience working with and supporting WMS software. He plays an active role with planning, project management, implementations, training, and support. He has been part of the Cadre team since the acquisition of the LDS Corporation in 2006. He started with The LDS Corporation in 1988 as the first support representative for their WMS customer base.
